The New UHS Employee Assistance Program
UHS has a genuine concern for the well-being of all employees and is committed to offering resources that can help both personally and professionally. The new, confidential, 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP), CCA@YourService, provides support for overall health, well-being, and life management and is available to employees and family members at no cost.
CCA@YourService provides confidential professional services, including up to three free counseling sessions to help you address a variety of personal, family, life, and work concerns, from stress and anxiety to relationship issues at work or home.
The new EAP also provides a robust mobile application that has self-guided modules focused on well-being screenings, stress reduction, mindfulness, meditation, thought tracking, and goal setting.
