Kimberly Russo Recognized as One of Washingtonian Magazine’s Most Powerful Women

Kimberly Russo, CEO/Managing Director of GW Hospital and Group VP, Acute Care Division, DC Region, was named again this year to Washingtonian Magazine’s list of 150 Most Powerful Women. She joined 11 others in the healthcare industry to be recognized among Washington DC’s most prominent and influential women and is one of only two hospital CEOs to be named to this prestigious list. She was also honored as part of Washington Business Journal’s 2021 Power 100, a list of the 100 most influential people in the Greater Washington area.

Kevin was recognized for his distinguished service and contribution during his 11 years as the CEO and Group Vice President of the Manatee Healthcare System that includes Manatee Memorial Hospital and Lakewood Ranch Medical Center.

MAJ Mark Fleming, PhD, Earns the 2021 Behavioral Health Innovation Award from the National Guard Behavioral Health Working Group

Congratulations to MAJ Mark Fleming, PhD, for earning the 2021 Behavioral Health Innovation Award from the National Guard Behavioral Health Working Group. Mark earned this award for exceptional innovation and implementation of programs that improve behavioral healthcare for soldiers and families. Mark stated, “When it comes to suicide awareness prevention and maintaining the emotional health of the Force, we all, military and civilian, must stand in solidarity and unite for the cause.”

Kamal Jemmoua Selected as Nevada Business Magazine’s Healthcare Heroes Administrator Honoree

Congratulations to Prominence Health Plan’s CEO, Kamal Jemmoua, for being selected as Nevada Business Magazine’s Healthcare Heroes Administrator Honoree! During his time at Prominence, Kamal has helped launch many different programs, including the Medicare Advantage line in Nevada and Texas, the Association Health Plans for small businesses in Nevada, and the physician-led Accountable Care Organizations that provide coordinated, high-quality care to Medicare patients.

Hampton’s Director of Business Development Awarded Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Trainer of the Year

Hampton Behavioral Health Center’s Director of Business Development, Anne Marie Green, has been awarded the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT)-NJ’s 2020 Trainer of the Year. She was also recognized by both Gloucester and Salem Counties’ Commissioner Boards for her achievements and ongoing work in those Counties. CIT is an evidence-based, 40-hour training that brings together both law enforcement and mental health professionals to learn how to safely work together when responding to persons experiencing psychiatric crises in the community.
